This year we anticipate over 250 of the key leaders in assessment from all over the state of Virginia will join us for this important event.  In addition to Division Directors of Testing, we have also invited Instructional Support Teams, Guidance Directors, and Central Office Administration to attend.  This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your company and demonstrate how you can assist school systems, schools and individual educators in their work.

VATD will provide several opportunities for participants to visit you in the Exhibit area.

VATD Also has several sponsorship and advertising opportunities available to further highlight your company.  All sponsors will be recognized in the conference programs as well as with signage at the conference.  Depending upon your level of support, you may also qualify for free exhibit space and/or conference registration.  Please click the link below for more information.

Booth Type: Each Table is 6 feet by 30 inches
Tables will be skirted; carpet and chairs included.
One Table $250.00
Two Tables $450.00

Cancellation Policy:

Last Date of Cancellation: October 23, 2013

Exhibit fees will be refunded less a $35.00 cancellation fee if written request is postmarked on or before October 23, 2013.  After 10/23/13 registration is non-refundable.

BOOTH INFORMATION:

Each table is 6 feet by 30 inches.

Tables will be skirted.  Carpet and chairs included.

SCHEDULE:

The Exhibit Hall will be open all day Thursday, October 31st and until 10:30am on Friday, November 1st.  Continental Breakfast will be in the Exhibit Hall Both mornings.  There are two half hour vendor breaks scheduled for Thursday.  There is no designated vendor time on Friday.  Therefore, you have the option to tear down Thursday evening after 5pm or Friday morning after 10:30AM.

PAYMENT:

Important:  VATD does not accept credit cards for payment.  You must choose the option to receive an invoice to mail with check payment.

Tables will be assigned based on sponsorship and the order that payment is received.
