 VATD 2016 Assessment Conference

The VATD 2016 Conference will again directly follow VDOE's Richmond meeting of the Virginia Assessment Program Administration Updates for Division Directors of Testing on October 24th.  VATD will pick up where Shelley and Sarah leave off with general and break-out sessions from the local, state and national perspectives on current assessment and instruction issues confronting all of us.

VATD looks forward to welcoming general session speakers from the Council of Chief State School Officers, Virginia Commonwealth University, WIDA and VDOE.  We are also working hard to assemble a full program of break-out sessions of vendor and school division best practices.

Dates and Events:

Monday, October 24th - Registration begins at 4:00PM following the VDOE Fall 2016 DDOT Workshop. 

Tuesday, October 25th (full day) - General Sessions, VDOE presentations, breakout sessions and vendor exhibits.

Wednesday, October 26th (half day) - Breakfast and Morning sessions

Participants will have plenty of opportunity to network with colleagues, VDOE, and exhibitors.

Conference Registration Fees

VATD accepts payment by check or purchase order. 

Conference registration fees include all conference meals. 

Payment must be postmarked no later than October 10, 2016 in order to keep the advance registration rate.

After October 10, 2016 registration fees will increase to the onsite rate of $120.00 per person.

Groups of 2 or more (on one invoice) may register using the group registration form Group Registration.

Several meals are included in the conference fee.  In order that we have an accurate count, please choose the meals you will attend.  You will receive tickets for the meals you have chosen at the conference.
